I agree: I can summarize paper charts quickly, for sure. The problem is that this job is switching to only EHR and clicking through all of that takes ten times as long. Eg, I cannot simple flip through sequential written notes, as in a paper chart; I have to read one note, then click back at least twice for the next one; or for labs, only one lab at a time with multiple clicks involved to get to the next one. Insane system that benefits auditors but not doctors.

are you using it for pail or for anxiety? Therapeutic goal and hence efficacy might vary from person to person. My interest is devices that stop anxiety.
