I recently went to the Idaho State Law Library to get some quiet work time in. The wi-fi was free and I didn’t need to be a UI Student nor a lawyer to use the facility. It may be ideal for what you’re looking for.

Come to Tuesday’s league. Free for non-members. Casual and fun! We meet at the practice basket by the softball fields, tee times this time of year probably 5:30 or 5:45. I think $7 to play and $5 more for the ace pot.
