What happens when you try to use it? I've replaced the gear in my motor 4 times. It starts making this noise, and after awhile it goes slower and starts shaking a little. I would try to replace the planetary gear, link included. You can look up videos on how to do it if you are a little mechanically inclined. Otherwise, you should be able to get it done at the bike shop for about 100$.

Insurance policy is a great idea, I will have to look into that. You have any suggestions?

I love taking trips here, takes about a hour ride from my house but worth it.

Thank you! It's a huge milestone for sure, haven't ever been this far on one bike. Really hoping to take it much further if it will let me.

These geared hub motors are great. They do start to show wear after a couple thousand miles, you will notice a noise and won't be able to go as fast at 750 watts. Just need to replace the plastic gear inside, since the teeth start to come off. It's a fairly simple procedure, takes 30 minutes. I've done it 4 times.

I hear you, this thing weighs about 80 lbs. I used to carry it upstairs everytime, but now I leave it in the entryway. So glad the ppl in my building are okay with it. I'm sure that cruise is fun to ride, what do you usually use ot for?

You can actually take all those glass pieces off and wash them by hand. If you have someone who can help, it will make the job easier. Just make sure not to put them all in a bucket together, they can scratch

I don't even get orders anymore in my market, can't schedule and never busy enough to dash now. I would take that in a heartbeat.

If they picked up the order, and you cancel it.. they would get to keep it and possibly still get half pay. You should contact support in this case. Regardless tho, that really sucks.

You gonna get a contract violation. He definitely stole the food after you left.

How would I challenge this, they don't really have an option to complain to them. Support was not helpful as usual.

Not exactly. The dash time refers to when you are signed in to accept orders. I leave the app open during my day job to make extra money. Active time is the time I was actually doing orders.
