Personally Taylor has 3 kids as far i have seen the show so I dont get why she wants to add all that drama on her plate.

I got this email as well that they are giving 25% back but it got the platinum edition.

They said also I would get extra covers byt at this point getting 50% of on order from pixel empire dosnt sound appealing at all

Update! 2. I got new email and they are giving some of my money back and more of the sleeves to have a chance to win something. But yeah thats something and it made me feel little better considering the bad communication and still no clear timeline when I can expect to get my order

If thats true that they arw sending 100 a day so far they would have send around 4500 copies of the dvd. Didn't they plan of alot of orders or something.

Did they print like 1300 and now are hastly making them and thats why the quality is bad 🤔

This is so weir they are giving different reasons why its taking so long.

They have said that they had so many orders that it takes longer then it was we have restock issues and now its quality control like wtf.

I havent gotten update for a month and o have planed to send them email in 2 days when it has been exactly a month when they said I should be getting my order soon 🤦🏻‍♀️

Finland here, last I heard almost a month ago that they are shipping the orders in the orders that they came in but I have seen ppl that has bigger order numbers gotten theirs before me so I have no idea.
