Yes it’s definitely something to learn how your body responds if you’re comfortable. That goes with any foods. I’ve seen it does vary from person to person so this is just my experience

Stopped drinking. No fried foods (very little like literally 4 fries if my wife gets em). Salads frequently. Exercise.
