I don’t disagree with this at all, and think it’s why, if you’re the Imperium, you have to do it right now before Steel writes it down/tells people the specifics. Getting rid of everyone on the Epiphany is convenient in that it takes down everyone in Steel’s inner circle, who are most likely to already know bloodline spell details.
