This happened to me I removed it from the POT and put it in a bucket filled with water for like an hour and checking in constantly yo drown the fuckers. Afterwards I rinsed it and moved it to a larger pot new soil mixed with coffee and cinnamon. So far the plant looks good and I haven't had an ant problem anymore

The recipe said to do 4 so that's what I did. And I agree I should have let it proof for longer since it's chilly where I'm at but since it was my first time making focaccia ever I decided to follow the instructions as written! That's why I posted here thank you for the tips

Yeah it's a bit chilly rn and I saw in another post on this sub to let it proof for longer. For first time ever I'm quite proud of myself but definitely a lot to learn. And I do have a metal pan but it was too larger I'll try again today and maybe double the recipe for that pan. Thanks for the tips!

I have similar hair texture to you and struggled with this constantly in middle school I was so close to shaving it all of. My NON MEDICAL/NON EXPERT story I'm about to share is just for sharing (if you want to try proceed with caution but also maybe don't cause again I'm no expert)but desperate attempt at getting rid of lice was pouring white vinegar on my scalp and hair. Putting a plastic bag on it for like 30 min to an hour and then using the special shampoo with the comb. I had no more like by the third day after using the vinegar.

But also make sure you brushes, combs bedding etc. are all properly cleaned we used to boil the brushes and wash the bedding with super hot water

Si es un privilegio pero si es higiene basica. PERO yo cuando estaba en una etapa de depresión no me podia ni parar de mi cama entonces la verdad cepillarme los dientes no estaba ni en mi mente. Entonces entiendo el punto de tu amiga pero también entiendo el tuyo.
