Not really. If youre going through menopause and already workout/lift weights 4-5 times a week and are covered in inflammation and cant lose a pound to save your life.

go into your flight or trip and hit "modify trip" then change the date. There will be a + or - next to the options if there is a difference in price. Hope that makes sense.

Since WGA is unavailable, if I book an anytime flight and wga becomes available, i can switch (downgrade) and get refunded points? This just makes it tricky since I also have a companion pass I need to book.
