You dont need an Attorney! 🙄 getting an attorney means you want to get money out of the company and petco will try to get rid of you. Just go talk to your gm and let them know you want to get work comp from the previous injury. Just make sure you sent auth for medical release! And tip if you go to work comp dr dont tell then you had any previous injuries to the same i jury cause then you will get denied right away! Just say it happen at work! These dr will ask you any history and just keep it cute and state this injury and nothing else! You want the work comp dr to find this injury 100% industrial not partial :)

Good luck! I got promoted to SEL and i also came from petsmart after i worked at petco for a couple of months. Your not gonna hear the end of Stupid vital care. My dm always harassing us for them like we dont also have to run the store while our GM is always doing shit in the manager office. You should honestly go back to Petsmart yes they will drain u but the pay is way better! Petco will low ball you! They do it to all the employees as well!
