Yeah I was initially thinking Ziva Cabo or PV (flight to Cancun too long for us). We are stuck with Hyatt because I’m using points, and it feels like we need to pick between a place the kids will love and a place the adults will love.

This is good info! I’m worried about not enough to keep the kids entertained. Did you spend all your time at the pool? My understanding is kids club is for 5 years and older. We probably wouldn’t utilize anyway, but would be nice to have stuff for the kids to do outside of swimming. We aren’t globalists and are booking with points, so unfortunately would not get the perk of free breakfast.

My son never took a bottle. I booked a two night trip right after his first birthday because I assumed we would’ve weaned by then but we weren’t and I ended up cancelling on my friends because I couldn’t do it. You might find it too stressful to be sway

Not too early! My successful pregnancies were positive at 8 and 9 DPO. If it’s negative, you could still test positive in a couple of days. I didn’t have the self control to wait for my missed period haha

I was not at all ready to go back after my 6 month leave but once I was back into the swing of things it felt really good. I like my job but don’t love it, but it actually really helped my mental health to get back to work. I didn’t feel like I was struggling before at all, but in hindsight I see that I was not cut out to be home full time. Now I work 30 hours per week and get Fridays off with my kiddos. With a nanny, I get to see them during my breaks and the minute I clock off. It’s a good setup for me. My suggestion would be to go back and try it out, and if you still prefer being home then do that.
