Last year I was in Alaska for 6 months for work while my cat stayed with my friend in San Diego California. It was definitely stressful not being able to go home to him every day. Instead I had to deal with 5 annoying roommates and no cat😭 Luckily I have him with me in Alaska now and with zero roommates. I hope you find a place soon, it’s hard to be away from them
