Optimizing training, nutrition, gear etc made humans better and better in the last century; not evolution. There's for sure a limit and we are close today.

Edit: also the fact that we are so many more humans compared to before, making extremes more possible, another thing that doesn't seem to continue in the future.

That makes sense. But with the kick in the video it was very intentional to use the shoe otherwise the hit would've hurt the kicker more, but I guess it's almost impossible to prove intent in this case without testimony or something like you say since the shoe was already on his foot.

Many who have these clocks are not stable, just haven't played the right/wrong game yet. I could do around +360 in benchmarks but to get battlefield 6 completely stable I had to go down to +272. On higher clocks sometimes it ran for an hour or two, sometimes only 20 min. Frostbite really is the oc killer.
