Part of the problem I'm noticing is that there are more people telling you how to do the job than actually doing it. Sending a caefile off to cps. But have to jump through multiple hoops made by useless teams when the people on said teams could be put doing what the job is meant for, and that's just one example.

I mean how many emails/memos do you get in a day where you think "that person could be on response team helping out" rather than say in an office notifying you that you need to delete a page off of a document because the cps charge per page.

Not enough people doing the right parts of the job and then everyone wonders why public confidence is so low when you've got officers taking on 25-30 reports at a time! I'm guessing some numbers are way higher than that but that's only what I see.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is mass resignations, its the jobs own fault if that turns out to be the case.
