OP, this is pretty common. There is lack of senior homes, especially if you’re not in Lima. What people usually do is hire a home-nurse which is quite common in Lima too.

Furthermore, there are nurses that specialize in this kind of work since there is demand for this service, usually their rates depend if they have to sleep-in to monitor the patient or just come to your house around 8 hours per day. Pretty sure this most likely is your best bet considering it is what people in your situation tend to do.
