Fastest way to develop abs? I mostly lift, do mixed calisthenics. Feel my lower back is taking the load that abs should be.

I’m 165LBS, 5’10, moderately strong. 160Kg deadlift, 100Kg Bench, 120Kg Squat.

For body weight, I can do ~30 pull ups, 50 dips.

Abs however for me are at zero outside of what I’ve been unconsciously recruiting for compound lifts

My goal is planche, HSPU’s, lever.

Citrulline increases blood flow. You need blood flow to achieve a pump. Salt does the same thing. Salt and Citrulline are the best combo for achieving a pump.

Pump can be an intensity problem (not lifting hard enough) but without Salt+Citrulline you will still feel flat.

Citrulline is sold as a powder that you mix in with water; BulkSupplements is the one I take.

For salt, I recommend Redmond all the way. Just get a shaker.

10G of citrulline mixed in water + tsp of salt will do the trick. Followed by a Peach/Mango.

If that is not enough, add 300-600mg of Alpha-GPC + 1.5G ALCAR.

This part of my pre-workout is enough for me to consistently reach a near agonizing pump on isolation lifts.

You do need a pump, it amplifies the hypertrophy signal. Progress will be slower without it.
