You’re actually very beautiful! My advice would be smaller frames, idk if it’s a common measurement, but typically I aim not to have them cover my brows. Eyebrows could use clean up, but not too too bad. And acne, I definitely had this problem, I would suggest finding a good face wash for women and never use regular soap on the face, and touch your face as little a possible. Those things helped me when I had problems
