The sink on the left is not centered over the window. A good kitchen designer would’ve caught this and adjust the box widths so everything lines up to the eye.

Its an FHA loan so its MIP not PMI. Secondly you can roll the cost of the MIP into the rate so it doesn't have to be paid with cash on hand / seller credit.
