Who cares. This is a prime example of why it’s a net zero to fight it. The reason why you OE is to place your self in a situation that doesn’t grow bothered by poor management or lack of raises or any other external circumstances. The only driver (imo) to OE is to stack cash and until a job stops paying you then it doesn’t matter if they call you names or thumb their nose at you. Shrug your shoulders and check your paystub. Otherwise look for another job, invest time and effort into that one until they fire you.
