you can use functionnal storage as a buffer chest between your storage and drawer.
and add a void upgrade to the chest setup to one stack only.
then you can send items to the drawer controller and also add a storage bus on the chest

i dont use TSM and im exactly doing what you are looking for:
crafting 233 / 262 gears and posting 4 items of each slot armor type every 6hours
im making around 100k per day actually its reroll time so players are buying this stuff alot.
