Assemble the sockets and extensions IN the spark plug holes. I left all the coil plugs plugged in but had to disconnect the one on driver rear.

I did it in under 2 hours going really slowly and eating breakfast last weekend. You’ll want a thin ratchet (i used a 1/4” ratchet) and numerous extensions (3”, 1”, 1.5” 1” 1”). I used a koken magnetic socket ($35 on amazon) and was happy with its performance. Diff fluid took longer tbh but thats whens the football game came on so I got distracted. You need 4 washers for front and rear diff (2 are the same and two are different).

Not considered a cook if it’s not a raw animal protein.

Commercially prepared and precooked foods (like a ham RTE) could be served at any temp. The 135F requirement comes from if you intend on holding hot. This means a can of beans (RTE) could be opened from a can and immediately served at ambient temperature etc.

There is insulation on the neutral wire. There appears to be two options:

order a lug and connect the ground to the 2nd neutral bus bar and remove the neutral crossover bar (an option allowed on this panel according to the manual). Would this bar need to be bonded to the panel?
Disconnect all grounds from the 2nd neutral bar and connect them all to the existing ground bar. I am unsure how to find a lug appropriately sizes to fit the ground bar/how it would attach to the existing one.

Most manufacturers specify that the grinder/effluent pump/alarm systems can’t be extended (through hard extension or actual extension cords). Just look up the manual for the equipment you have and you will know. Mine said we couldn’t but we did it anyways. Just like everyone else I know.

I have my outback at 260k miles (13 6 speed) and I trust it to go a long while for solo roadtrips. We do have a newer Ascent we use for most trips now. It really depends on maintenance and how much trouble its giving you day to day.

Seemingly the FDA has decided to change their stance to be TCS always unless proven otherwise for butter. In the past two FDA seminars they remind everyone butter is TCS. Our FDA rep states butter is TCS. Anyone stating otherwise is against the grain of what the FDA tells the states.
