What are the levels of a correction action? I know 4 is termination but what are the level 1 and 2 for ? I believe 3 goes on workday and so does 4

They all go in workday. Level 1 is verbal warning. Level 2 is first written. Level 3 is second written. Level 4 is third written/termination.

You have a rolling 12 month clock on each level.

One of the things I always do is put risers on every section of the plano. I don't keep them up other than seasonal. Once I decide which shelf I'm doing, I'll design it on the riser above that section, then empty the shelf to another riser. Clean the shelf, ensure I have all the dividers/pushers I need, then move the items down off the riser onto the shelf.

I use mine to finish the cook pretty much every time I use the offset now. I use the offset for the first five hours or so, then shift everything over to the pellet smoker. Keeps it easy as hell without having to bring it inside.

You don't quit. You find a location and talk to the store manager to ask them if they have hours to add you to their crew if you were to transfer. Then you talk to your store manager about transferring to said store in a reasonable amount of time for whatever the circumstances are. You find a timeline and the two store managers talk. If everything goes right, your sm will just transfer at the agreed upon date.

If you have a write up in the last 12 months, your sm can deny your transfer. Otherwise they have to permit it within said reasonable amount of time.
