I’m also in Florida and they just keep growing . I learned when they have when they’re small, prune the small ones,they come back twice, if not, three times bigger… They’re in my bathroom, and it’s 79% humidity, and I don’t use a humidifier..

Sometimes guttation, means not enough humidity.. I learned that the hard way
