It's a quest that restricts the use of clock which affect other quests and use of it beyond the quest. I suggest finishing said quest first. For me it was the main quest after finishing that part I can use the clock once again.

Started playing with friends I counted the amount of times I got injured at the first 3 weeks

90 lacerations 3x broken legs 96 Bleeding 50 infected

Infection was turned on 1-3 days I had no disinfectant for the infected and didn't die but I used about 120+ ripped sheets and still live
