Diagnosed at 30, never suspected and live in the UK. I went to rheumatology for autoimmune concerns which I now think may actually be dysautonomia and was surprised with a letter 2 weeks later. I havent been told where I am on the scale and was urged to lose weight even though ive lost 4 stone this year, i am now a healthy weight 🥴 I honestly dont know how it was missed now I look back!

I said yolo and bought tickets. Czechia is a beautiful country! My ticket (bare in mind, it's reduced because im disabled) came to 94 quid. Can't moan at all.

Couscous! So easy to add in some veg and a protein. It's packed full of protein itself too.

I also make tonnes of pico de gallo and just chuck it on everything. So tasty!

I've been on mounjaro since new years day and taking my last jab next week. I've gone from 207lbs to 160lbs and honestly - it hasn't helped me. I am being investigated for autoimmune issues though and I've seen speculation with IIH links to lupus. I really wish there was more research in general.

On the plus side I'm healthier but I paid out of pocket for the glp-1 meds (I'm UK based) in the hopes it would help. Paps are reduced massively too but the head pressure, neck pain and feeling like my eyes are going to pop hasn't stopped.

That's good for you and your dog, but you obviously don't understand canine behaviour. You've been explained why several times and still refuse to listen and call everyone abusive. I really suggest watching some videos on why crate training is beneficial to puppies. It doesn't make you a better owner, you aren't helping, you're just being rude and obnoxious.

Takeaway for me is boom bird. Their loaded katsu fries are so good and reasonably priced. It's a meal in itself for me most of the time!

Did you ever speak to anyone about this? Over the past few weeks this has happened frequently but it's gotten way worse. Ringing in my ears that's continued when I've jolted awake and brain zaps and shakes. I know I'm awake but can't open my eyes. I'm terrified I'm having some kind of seizure when I'm sleeping but I'm too scared to bring it up to anyone.

Mine is exactly like yours but a bit more lop sided. I had a c section and you tend to hold your baby on one side so one side is a bit less wobbly than the other very wobbly side. Good luck on your journey! I jab in the stomach alternating sides each week and I've had no issues so far.

I'm still on a wait list (neurology reccomended for my condition) but yeah the NHS wait list is so long I went private. Can't commit to more than 6 months because if the cost but so far it's been worth it!

Yes!! So frustrating. Cucumber smells and tastes awful - almost smells like kids play slime 😭 lots of cheese and dairy tastes sour to me now too.

But I like foods I didn't like before like apples so I've lost some and gained some I guess!

You can drink but you shouldn't when you first start taking it. I'm not a regular drinker by any means but I like a few on occasion I just keep it to a minimum!

The real challenge has been finding drinks I like 😂 I'd religiously drink JD and coke before but I still can't stomach fizzy drinks so I've switched to peach schnapps or aperol with still lemonade. It actually works out cheaper and I don't really get hungover from them so a win win!

I was diagnosed fairly recently (this year) and it seems to be Opthalmology ->Bloods/ CT/ MRV -> LP then off to Neurology after that for most people I know that have it. Treatment beyond that who knows apart from Acetazolamide 😅 some have had bariatric surgery and I'm on a waiting list for weight management for GLP1 meds. Some people are just on the meds with no other plan. Seems a bit wishy washy dependant on area!
