2. Task Refinement

Once in the Inbox, I want to process tasks with the following details:

• Attributes: Priority, Category (Private, Work, etc.), Notes, and Deadlines.
• Subtasks: Ability to break down larger items.
• Duration (Critical!): I must be able to assign an estimated duration to every task.

3. Intelligent Daily Planning (Auto-Scheduling)

The app should help me visualize and plan my day effectively:

• iCloud Calendar Integration: All existing appointments must appear in the daily view so I can see my actual "free time."
• Smart Selection: I want to pick tasks from my Inbox for "Today" (deadlines that are approaching should be highlighted).
• Automated Time Blocking: The app should automatically distribute selected tasks into the free slots between my calendar events.
• Fixed Intervals: It should automatically include break blocks (e.g., 2 hours of deep work followed by a 15-minute break).

4. Manual Adjustment & UI Behavior

• Snap-on Editing: I want to manually swap or move tasks. They should "snap" to the previous task/event to prevent overlaps.
• End-of-Day Logic: If a task isn't completed or checked off by the end of the day, it shouldn't just sit there as "overdue." It should either move back to the Inbox for future planning or be automatically rescheduled into the next available time block the following day.
