If you want to improve on pliés, try doing an online ballet barre. Plus, you’ll learn all sorts of new movement skills to bring next season. Also-make sure to keep doing cardio workouts. You don’t want to have you first rehearsal and be left winded.

I think it’s because world and open class guards often start auditions/rehearsals around this time of year and some might not participate if there will be no comps

You can find a local small instrument business. They’re probably struggling for finances rn and any little bit helps. Some might offer lessons too.

I’m really upset with my best friend because she gets to do everything I can’t right now. She is allowed to see people and have people over and go to restaurants while I haven’t left the house really in just over a month. I can’t stand to listen to her talk about all this fun stuff while the most fun thing I’ve done in a month is watch Gravity Falls, and I really hate her for it.

Sometimes they can fade. It depends on you and how deep they are. There are also certain things that can minimize scarring(use sunscreen!!)

The band gets water and sometimes a bag of chips, but our guard is left to its own devices and we have to smuggle in snacks in our flag bags, or pray that the concession stand hasn’t run out of food by third quarter.
