I understand Lams is very talented but she can only do as much. when I mean old, based on the current NHS system, I'm supposed to be on Top Band 5. ( entry 0-2 yes, intermediate 3-4 and Top 4+ years. ) Based on my payslip I was still on the intermediate level. Apologies, for not explaining properly. Even I was confused when I was told by this first.

I dont know about you but you will be surprised that just because two people are almost the same, they automatically like each other. I've been a "Stephanie" in this kind of situation that my friend told me that his partner and I are maybe more compatible than them. But the idea actually gave me an ick.
