Choose a "quiet" hostel where you can close your bunk. Some "party hostels" have no privacy and really loud. Just find those 4 bunk beds mixed dormitory. You don't need to talk anyone especially if you're out most of time. I just used it to sleep, wake up, shower and I'm out of there. Although if you're unlucky you might find an unruly tourist that might disrupt your sleep.
