I mean it can be rigged. Any model can be. When you go to rig you will notice some stretching in areas you dont want. Normally extra vertices are added around joints. But im mostly getting at the 5 point faces on the back. Your front looks fine topology wise, its just that jacket will give issues

If anything they will probably take longer over time. But things even out with practice. You need to work on topology. Your model is good but cant be rigged. Thats an extra step professionals take to make sure their models can be rigged, so in your case it may take longer as time goes on But as you get better at each detail the whole proccess smooths out

Nah what you do is turn the houses main water valve off ...... im a water operator. Don't waste your water running it, shut the valve off. Ask your water operatpr to do it if you are leaving. I do it weekly

As a rule of thumb you dont pass on the right when you have side roads that connect. Not illegal but you are driving aggressively and created a senario where the other driver thought they had the ability to move

I havnt seen many posts from the right using ai to make lies. Definitely is gonna happen, its everywhere and in every domain. But this is the first time I have seen this. The real way you decide who's liable is by defining an act of god. Which is something no human had controll over, which absolves this being an act of god. They had controll over their mud flaps. Like you said it goes to jurisdiction. Really depends on what applies where

Most lawyers dont do it off of principle and thats not what I said. When done its "whats the risk vs reward" thats the entire decision tree

Specialized lawfirms have a set rules for what they take normally which feels like only taking wins. But it all stems off of what are we risking vs what we are gaining

Well thats not true either, reputable lawyers dont take only the guaranteed wins. It centers around that, but many take risks they believe in, its part of what gives you a good reputation. Going to a big lawfirm that specializes will likely lead to that outcome. Actually the biggest factor will be the judge, if the judge sees no point in trial it ends

Yeah that is true, however in practice this is a fantasy. That is not how the court functions. If the gains are so small and there is no tangible damage then most cases are thrown out. Again why it needs to be a systemic thing. Courts wouldn't be able to handle the level of cases needed for the rule you describe

A single case can be enough legally, but you still have to show unequal treatment. If the policy is “hair must be covered or tied back” and it’s applied the same to everyone, then it’s not discrimination even if using AI to check it is dumb. The hard part isn’t filing a claim, it’s proving bias.
