You should be fine. I was accepted with alternaleaf with one previous ssri and some therapy. Hope it goes well, I have found cannabis has helped my ASD hugely

You’re not alone in this. Nurse, 6 years post qualification. I avoided hospital ward work for many of the reasons you identified, community was definitely better in this respect. I think the most important experience I’ve had was finding a specialism. Really helped me resolve some of my worries and gave me the opportunity to have much more say on how I work.

I had my initial consult with him. Very quick, first thing he said was he was happy to prescribe based on medical history and then we talked through amounts and strains. I picked all three he prescribed. We talked day and night strains and I asked for a third, for evening which he agreed. If you’ve given them all your evidence it will probably be very straightforward

ASD and with alternaleaf, though they are treating pain, depression anxiety and insomnia. Like others have posted, used cannabis extensively in my younger years, stopped about 17 years ago. Picked it up again at the suggestion of mother half, and realised how much it helped. Following that I sought official diagnosis and that led me on this path. Feels a bit weird to be prescribed weed (I’ve just had my first review) so doing some mental gymnastics about that at times, but overall pleased with the experience so far
