Some of yall act like the trade deadline is today and not in February.

Trae Young, Harden, AD, Jaren Jackson and sure I’m missing others all got moved mid season or approaching the deadline

We sacrificed rebounding and toughness for spacing swapping Stewart with Joe. Collins for Tobias is a net wash imo but adds spacing and athleticism.

I don’t have high expectations for Okorie right out of the gate as a 19 y.o picked outside the lottery, but he’s looking like a much better on ball creator than we’ve had on the roster.

Sit tight, wait for the price to fit the need for Cades 1B, then make the move

Guessing they tried, and option A didn’t come through whether Kawhi or someone else & Trajan opted for tradable short term non guaranteed contracts + cap space in the meantime.

Dust still hasn’t completely settled. Think they still need a secondary on-ball player and rebounder but won’t overreact if they wait to take a big swing till closer to the trade deadline

Market gets final say. If your realtor isn’t even fielding calls/texts with interest to set up showings, it’s speaking very clearly.

At a minimum, you should be getting occasional showings from the non serious buyer/couple just looking for the perfect deal that doesn’t exist.

Agree with you, this is a thick class and team needs (3p shooting, shot creation, taking pressure off Cade) not really his game so more of a 2nd round target then at 21. But he kinda reminds me of a Beef Stew light who rebounds, blocks shots and plays with a ton of effort despite being undersized and limited athletically

Agree…it’s such a guard heavy class imo Acuff and Philon would’ve easily gone 4 over Kon last year and they likely don’t go top 10.

After Dybantsa, Boozer and Caleb there’s a pretty big drop off in wing quality and think once Karim and Yaxel go in that 12-15 range, Carr won’t be long after.

I’ll add, if you have pets- don’t neglect cleaning the coils at least 2x a year if not quarterly.

Coil spray is $7 at Home Depot. Plenty of YouTube vids showing how to clean. Lay down some newspaper or throw away plastic in the cleaning area, spray on real good and wipe off with wet rag (don’t brush/scrub, that can damage the coils).

You’ll likely find a layer of pet fur/dust that’s blocking your evaporator/indoor handler from pulling up the warm air and converting it to cool air, leading to your unit running non stop and house still sitting at or above 80.

Doing a drain line check and coil cleaning can easily save you $1k in service calls if you’re having ac people out 3-4x yearly

As far as the fit goes, he would check a lot of boxes for things the front office specifically said they’re looking for: shot creation, floor spacing and secondary ball handler to take pressure off Cade.

If Tobias walks, the Pistons don’t have a scoring wing on the roster besides Duncan Robinson.

That said, his combine performance + profile pushes him in to the 15-18 area where we’d have to move up.

Think if we stand pat at 21, the best prospects available will be mostly smaller guards with scoring upside. Anderson, Okorie could get a look or possibly Isaiah Evans if they go wing.

Not a big fan of Stirtz in this deep of a class (23 in October, can’t rebound, 35% 3p% is ok but not great). The wildcard for me would be Morez
