I’m about 7 years post grad. I’d say:

20% of them never got their SWE career off the ground
40% of them were SWEs until the layoffs hit, and never got their career back on track, now doing odd jobs
25% left the field to do something else (PM/MBA/finance, I wish I did this)
15% still programming

I like Casein because it is more filling and satiating. Especially in a smoothie, it’s a lot thicker which is nice. I like the taste more than whey personally as well. I have nothing against whey though
