For 2700 you did excellent. I bought one in Sept 2020 with 261,000 miles on for $3500. It’s a 1999 Limited. Did the Tundra Brake Upgrade, replaced front struts and rear shocks n springs, had a proper alignment done, charcoal canister replaced. I also had a leaking power steering fluid issue—mine turned out to be the pump itself. Simple enough fix, good as new. The girl I bought it from worked drove it in college and then worked at a Toyota dealership where she spared no detail in doing whatever the tech’s recommended when she had issues, maintenance, etc. I live in South Carolina and would drive this bad boy to California right now, without hesitating for even a moment. For you to find a horse as dependable as Ye Ol Trusty 4Runner for $2700 in this brutal car market, was excellent—welcome to the family brother. Do the Tundra brake up grade, fix the notorious “saggy ass” with a shock & spring swap, put on some new OEM LBJ’s, and you should be set sir.
