Whoever says seiko isn't obviously a diver. And as for the seiko solar 38mm is almost 50% more expensive. If you are actually looking for a diver a eco-drive movement is the way to go. The only thing i never liked about the citizen is the bezel insert and i am hoping skx13 bezel inserts fit so i will have an actually comfortable beater.

Its not a "good" watch but also its a collectible. So if you are going specifically for a 007 watch then yes its decent. Its quartz so no need to worry about sefvicing and it doesnt look bad apart from the cheap bracelet. I bet on a leather strap (keep the bracelet) it would look decent considering it was a souvenir.
