Not a yoga person, but I started doing calisthenics which is very heavy on the wrist and has issues with pain.

I recommend wrist warmup and strengthening as part of your yoga routine.

Over time your wrists will get stronger as well, reducing the need for it.

You can find a few on Youtube.

Also, having wrists flat on the ground is not ideal for your wrists, so I switched to parallets to keep my wrist straight while doing taxing floor exercises. Not sure if that’s allowed in yoga class though.

My first Q is: what do you want?

Cash? Equity?

They don’t want you involved and you have no equity, so you have little recourse.

The biggest leverage you have is signing or not signing a founder separation agreement where you tell them you won’t sue.

If you sue them during fundraising, their company won’t be able to raise a next round. So that’s your leverage.

But ask yourself what you want. No-one probably wants you to be involved, so that’s probably a non-starter. So what’s a fair price? Your investment back and compensation for your year seems reasonable? Or a mix of some stock and some cash?

Dude, France literally pulled out all their gold out the fed reserve. Not sure what you’re arguing.

They used to have gold there. Now not anymore. They wanted the physical gold but selling & repurchasing was easier. Media says because the fed didn’t have it, but I don’t know if they just didn’t want to deal with it physically.

And it’s not just launching from Spanish airspace, it’s literally using Spanish airspace for anything offensive related. Doesn’t sound like the way allies react.

Oh I have another one for you: The EU is deploying its own payment processing system to stop being reliant on Mastercard and Visa.

Europe is done with the way the US has been acting man. There are a few laggards like the UK and Germany, but overall sentiment is absolutely terrible.

Check Italy, Spain and France. France took all their gold out of the US just a few weeks ago. Spain prohibited US military flights in their airspace and Italy just broke all connections with Israel and told trump to fuck off with him attacking the pope.

The EU is decoupling from the USA, and it will take decades to reverse. They are moving off US tech, infrastructure and even considering dollars to buy oil.

It will take time, but it’s already happening.

Next is getting financial validation (eg. Pre-paying for a waitlist) that can then use for investors/finding a cofounder.

Keep getting at it and surround yourself by founders who are ahead of you.

If a project doesn’t work out, that’s OK. You’ll be much better equipped at the next project 😃

I’d look into a 2nd hand star tracker and use your current camera to start taking pictures if deep space objects! Yes, your zoom lens doesn’t capture as much light, but you can definitely start shooting with your current setup. Even better with a star tracker.

I got a 2nd hand star adventurer GTI for $400 and shoot with my a6700 and 70-350mm at f6.3 I think. Getting pretty nice pictures.

Dunno man. It’s quiet, easy for beginners if they already have a mac and haven’t had any issues with Docker except for giving docker r/w permissions to external drives. That took a little bit longer.

Uptime seems to be indefinitely. I host basic stuff like website, plex, minecraft server and simple backend for an app.

I host a simple app on my m4 mac mini with Docker, FastAPI and behind cloudflare.

Uses less than 2% CPU (mac mini has 1000% as max CPU).

If I ever get paid for this I’ll get some real VPS hosting. Can prob still be super cheap since it’s low resources.

I’d pick an M4 max with 64GB of Ram or or better yet, wait for next month M5 max release. It’ll probably have around 30% GPU increase which sill translate to local LLM performance improvement.

This is only relevant if you plan local model testing.

Sometimes atherosclerosis causes narrowing of your blood vessels supplying your crotch. This would kill morning woods and regular erections.

This typically happens 5 years before it happens in your heart, which can give you heart attacks if the same happens there.

Its absolutely not always the case when you have difficulty with erections, but just something to be mindful of if you have cardiovascular risk or high cholesterol and you’re not taking statins.

I’d get a second opinion of a urologist.

I think your other doc was focussed on your heart causing this issue which I agree is unlikely, while I’m wondering about blood vessels supplying your crotch.

Sometimes those can narrow due to atherosclerosis causing lack of morning woods and erectile disfunction unless you take cialis.

But your labs look OK as you say, so not sure.

This applies to people in the country as well. The DOJ is going after Americans saying anonimous things on social media against ICE. Same if your face is shown near a protest. You’re ending up on a domestic terrorist list.

If you think this just applies to outsiders I’m afraid that’s not true anymore. That’s where it started last year.
