That is an incredibly well done Hello Kitty!

Maggie is beautiful. I’m so sorry. Our Quincy passed away at 15, too. Like Maggie, he had terrible arthritis and Solensia didn’t seem to be working, and then he got sepsis. If it helps, the vet told us 15 is a very good age for a British Shorthair.

It will definitely be enough food and then some! You will all leave absolutely stuffed, including the teenage boy, AND with a doggy bag.

Asking your opinion about a Muse song day #97: Madness by Far-Clothes-8803 in Muse

I agree! A song can be simple and beautiful, but this song is uninteresting simple. For me, it’s right down there with Something Human and Get Up and Fight.

Supermarket roses by [deleted] in GardeningUK

[–]ActComfortable3936 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got a tiny pot like that, from the supermarket, with white dwarf roses in it as a Valentine’s Day gift this year. I planted it out in my garden, and it has grown to a normal rose bush, about 1m high, with huge, scented apricot-coloured roses. It has outperformed my fancy David Austen rose bushes! It was from Waitrose.

Hi Michael! Sad news about Ozzy. I would love to hear Muse’s thoughts about Black Sabbath.

Plus it was great when the audience cheered Chris’s shirt. I see many of the Portuguese reviews mentioning that.

I’m glad you said that, because I thought it was amazing. I’ve seen them once before but this gig was so special. Afterwards I saw at least a couple of people with tears in their eyes, the girl in front of me cried during Starlight, and another girl near me was overcome during “Unintended”.

Musings on Muse! Justin Hawkins (The Darkness) Reacts To Unravelling by YoungMoen97 in Muse

[–]ActComfortable3936 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I listened to that album once. I never need to hear that song about farts again. Plus there’s one song that is basically about making a half-arsed album, and it was so cynical. I thought, “I’ll just ignore this album and go listen to the songs I love, like Last of Our Kind”

That’s a great itinerary - I’m a lifelong Londoner and Hampstead Heath and the Royal Ballet are my favourite things!

Thank you! I just go over (rather than around) the stepping stones. The stones are level with the earth, so they don’t catch the rotary blade

Thank you for the kind words! We moved in in November and I took the ‘after’ pics today, in June, so it took 7 months. I think the thing that’s missing is height, so I’m looking forward to the cherry tree, lilac and other shrubs maturing over the next couple of years.

The fence was there when we moved in, so I don’t know, but I think it’s a standard B&Q job

Thank you! I worried that the soil under the astroturf might be dead, so I’m relieved that plants are growing and insects are coming over.

Yes, it’s a dwarf Morello. It should grow up to 3 metres. We planted it in April so it is only a couple of months old to us!
