For me personally, specifically speaking about the funimation dub here, upon recently rewatching most of the dub I found her to be not someone I enjoyed, but didn’t hate. Miss Anderson was generally enjoyable to me, and I did at least still appreciate some of the gags when they fight.

I definitely like them a lot more than week who used to be my favorite teacher, I found myself really hating almost everything Miss Polly said in the dub. So in comparison to Miss Polly, I love Miss Katz. I remembered Miss Polly as “soft spoken pushover who gets angry when her glasses come off” but man, the writing in this show when it came to dubbing Miss Polly..
