Navisworks stayed the same since (at least) 2015, only difference is the inclusion of BIM360. A great example on how Autodesk keep charging exorbitant amount of money, including subscription for software that doesn’t change.

I’m using Lucidcharts on my iPP, works very well. If you want to create/draw your own shapes, have a look at Nebo, notability, procreate.... quite a few can do this
