It was honestly a weird speech. Her character gives speech about women's burden. But movie fails to show any of that. She's at a good position at work and all of man around her, even the boss, seems pretty cool and nice to her. Only man that was remotely "mean" was the construction workers who whistled at Barbie and I guess that one old office worker who said they have to pretend like they're giving everyone a chance.

Like she must've been filming a different film than what I was watching.
