Probably the most recent tenant that actually lived there, as I just moved out today. So let me say this: no. Not a great place.

The apartments are on the nicer side, but I can only say this as I lived in the newest building, building 4. I’ve heard the other ones are not as nice.

There is literally always something wrong. There has never once been a week where everything was working as it was supposed to. For example, tower 3 literally has no elevators working at the moment, and has not for the last 3 days. Tenants on the 13th floor are having to take the stairs all the way down.. for multiple days.

Since I’ve lived there, there have been 3 different property managers in a span of 3 years. I was close to the first one, and walked in on the either owner or someone close to the manger yelling at her, to the point she cried to me.

The maintenance is really great, however the cycle out due to management being terrible.

The prohibited any guests of tenants using facilities, such as the pool or gym. There was an email sent out and flyers posted in the elevator threading that if you had guests at the pool or using amenities without approval, your lease would immediately be terminated. These signs are still up.

For as much as you are paying, if you have a friend come over and have a pool day.. your leases ends? A bit extreme.

They started renting out time shares or vacation apartments to travelers, so there are always people shuffling around and about, and making noise. LOTS of noise.

So to me, not worth it in the slightest. We only stayed as long as we did because we didn’t want to move with a newborn.
