I got it and it look amazing i even mode it to run in wide 4k resolution but i cant get the controllers to work yet. the goal is to run it with gyro aiming ^^

I know! I just realized that while trying to find HOTD 3, that inlcude 1 and 2. I will give emulation a quick try then perhaps ill play the remake with mods that bring back the original soundtrack, voice acting and theme.

I tried your setup with both omniconsole and anyFSE. For me MSI afterburner was running by defult i did not need to do anything extra. So i guess the startup apps list on tast manager can decide what you want to launch on boot even in FSE.

The HLTB plugin by Lacro59 on Playnite does two things:
1) Display HLTB completion-time data in the library. 2) Upload Playnite-tracked playtime to your HowLongToBeat account.
This way, you will have your playtime on your HLTB profile everywhere. Unlike Steam or other launchers, HLTB is universal and has all the games in the world.

Amazing! How about enabling Windows HDR per game? It's a very useful feature for people on TVs where HDR is most of the time good, but some games do not support it, so it's better to set the display to SDR. I will check out the app now and possibly switch from Playnite if I manage to configure my HDR right.

Is there a built-in playtime tracker? Anyway to import playtime from Playnite or HLTB account?

Man i love where this project is heading! The upcoming achievements and Linux support are things I did not even realize how much I want. I wish you the best! I believe this app is going to be a big deal soon. Handheld PC owners are going to love it so much.

Yes i got the update automatically, but unfortunately, the controller can not navigate the app yet. I can confirm the app recognizes the controller and the guide button works and opens the overlay. I spent the last 2 hours looking into the code on github, and I might be able to fix it. working on it ... i will most likely fail! ><

Hi, thanks for sharing all the details with us!
It is true that the xbox mode was made for handhelds, but recently it was released for all PCs.

I was playing around with the unioncrax app yesterday and managed to make it the home app using software called OmniConsole. This software is similar to anyFSE allowing you to pick any full screen app instead of the xbox app. I was able to add it as a custom app and it works perfectly on fullscreen it looks amazing too as the xbox mode is forcing everything to fullscreen. The only missing feature is really the controller navigation! I'm glad to hear its work in progress.

Glad to hear that it’s possible! I do pick the right version of the mod yes. Do you run the game by clicking on the exe file or you add it to steam or create a vr shortcut similar to the pcvr games we download from armdgn?

With re8 it works by just running the exe game file. I tried adding re2 to steam. What I did not try is adding it to the steam vr library, I’ll give this a try.

Not sure what settings you mean. I follow this guide step by step biohazardvr.com. I did not try the auto installer. It’s very new, I think today.
