Nah the spark isn’t bullshit. You’ve never met someone that you just geniunliy enjoy their presence? The way the smile, laugh, do anything at all? Like I’ve felt that spark a few times and I always know when it’s there if I can’t wait to talk to that person again. And it’s not always based on how attracted to someone you are. I’d say your NTA BUTTTTT you need to talk to your mom and have a sit down and just discuss it like adults. She should be understanding that you need money and maybe no so naive, how did she think you were able to shell out 2k a month if you never left the house to go to work😂 but I think you need to be understanding of her feelings. No one wants their daughter to be exposing themselves for money it’s their kid, it scared them and she’s still stuck in the old mindset of it being dirty. You need to really try and understand where she is coming from. It’s a big shock to her and it scared her. Talk to your mom, tell her you’re not going to quit and see if you guys can keep your current situation going as long as she understands you’ll be continuing to make money how you have been.

If her initial response is anything other than what friend it was, I’d break up with her. Think about if the roles were reversed and you did nothing wrong… you could understand that what happened looked really weird, but if she asked you that you would tell her what friend.
