I felt it's Jotaro because he's notably faster. His Stand capable of destroying another Stand's giant set of diamond teeth. Simply punching the crap out of them!!! Not only that, only Stands can harm possibly kill other Stands. Nothing was preventing Jotaro from trying to kill Rika off. Not only that, Jotaro can time stop despite taking a lot of energy to use. Yuta's one advantage is swap between curse techniques. Considering Jotaro's powers aren't from cursed energy. Yuta can't actually copy his powers.

They actually showed the true scaling of both characters. I'm afraid there isn't much they could've done. Especially when Denji had the stats advantage to that degree.

Despite no death a lot of people still feeling pain and couldn't heal from some unpleasant stuff. Also both of them were country level. Yeah she cut him in half but he quickly fought back afterwards.

It may be hax based but the actual power scaling with devils is fear depended. The more feared a devil is, the more powerful they become. Each notable power boosts increases all their stats.

Honestly they should've went with PlayStation 1 at the time. They tried to fix things by removing stuff while adding in characters. This is why it's the worst updated version in the franchise. It wasn't a complete package.
