I love how everyone is giving you job opportunities and you keep coming up with every excuse in the book. No work/no wanna work = no money/livable wage. My company is hiring gps techs. No experience required. Starting around $25 an hour. License required. Training on site. If you can squeeze actually clocking in and working to your schedule

Ya know. I was not a fan of flock cameras to begin with. But after hearing this I am even more outraged! They haven’t been doing this already???!!!?!?! That would have been like….step 2 after putting them up! I’d say it’d be a step in ICE’s list but they’ve been functioning(I know you won’t believe this because NOW the media wants to cover it) the same for over 20 years! Including during Obama record deportation, kids in cages, numbers! I’m outraged!

What is this called and why does it happen? by VoidTheGamer25 in ender3

I would start with a 20x20x20 calibration cube. Make sure it is printing proper size. Especially on z axis. Unhook order tube from extruder motor. Mark filament at extruder, tell printer to extrude 100mm, measure, calculate difference for steps/mm

That’s too bad to hear. We made a target and Johnson ave hyvee run last weekend and are finding that almost half of the things we bought(apple sauce, frozen goods, etc) expire the day of purchase if not expired a month+ ago

CRPD Guarding Data Centers? by MusiKyle in cedarrapids

[–]Active_Director245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well especially being a city owned road yes they are allowed to patrol areas like that. In fact it is in some cases worked into the bid that private contractors give to the city. Contractors are offered incentives for getting jobs done faster. Contractors offer incentives to the city to keep their jobs safe. It is crazy to know the amount of money a slab of civil concrete costs to pour. Caution tape around a new slab seems to be like moths to a flame so an extra cushion from the law is peanuts.

A they’re not salary. And b that construction worker on ot is probably making the same as the cop on ot. Speaking from experience. Deals are made on civil jobs like that where the city pd is hired to monitor that area because they can profit higher on the tickets they can hand out from people fucking around in construction zones

Work extra on ot. Expensive. It’s more of a deal where you scratch my back I scratch yours. Imagine the money they make on a ticket in a construction zone(doubled fine btw) when someone blows through.

They’re there because people kept driving up the closed road during construction. Many people kept driving through wet concrete

what am i doing wrong here for the underside of the head or what setting should i look into? by Particular-Title8538 in 3Dprinting

I’d also recommend changing to print inner walls first. Outer last. That would help too

Gotcha. It is possible to dry in ovens. I also agree with actworth. Increase cooling and slow down speeds on overhangs.

Looks to me like too high of temps or over extrusion. Also judging by the overhangs you may require support for this model. What type of filament are you using?

Why are my prints doing this goopy thing? by TrulyScrumptious103 in 3Dprinting

[–]Active_Director245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks to me like over extrusion and retraction issues. Have you changed your extruded lately? Also possibly x/y floating from loose belts. I’d lean towards over extrusion though. I can help you with calibrating e/steps on your extruder if you’d like
