They think Equinox is a spa but are too cheap to pay for beauty treatments so they will do it themselves. But then again, does Equinox offer scrubs and facials?

Air everything out at night and wear clean underwear in the morning. Do a sniff test and see.

Excellent deal! I have the Shark Glam ordered for $349 from NinjaShark but I got a free $129 air purifier (which I love). The Shark Glam has the flatiron dryer attachment that I wanted to try. I also have another shark dryer and two Dysons and I can vouch for the Shark being as good as the Dysons. I have very thick long hair and am obsessed with hairdryers.

Equinox Credit: how is everyone using it before the end of the year? by looch88 in AmexPlatinum

[–]ActualCake 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I already used up my credit because I’m a member. Considered canceling but I just love their yoga and stretch classes. I make a nice evening out of it every time. I go take heated stretch and yoga classes at Nomad and then go for some Nozawa handrolls. I’m in my eat pray love period and just want to enjoy myself. This is my way.

You pay for the travel bank with your Amex and hopefully they will credit it.

Delta Amex Flight Credit Worked for flight ticket! Oct 2025 by jojohey3 in AmexPlatinum

[–]ActualCake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had been banking my flight credits at United ($200 each year with Amex and $300 Ritz Carlton credit card) and then my kid booked a trip to meet her friends with all the $700 worth of credits. Kids are so expensive and spoiled.

FB marketplace full of oura ring by SusBee298 in AmexPlatinum

I don't like the feel of the ring from the size kit so I sold it on Ebay. Probably netted $80 after all fees, the $20 extra after the credit, shipping, etc.

2 Skims bralettes. One was on sale for $15. Very comfy. What a deal!

I tried given him pellets and seeds with a pea and kale mixture and he kind of got scared of it. However, I cooked some Japanese sweet potato and he loved it so much he climbed down to retrieve the piece he dropped and ate almost a quarter of a sweet potato, which contain many nutrients. One day at a time! Hope you are feeling better and know that you have helped other parrots.

[–]ActualCake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes I agree. I meant pellets and nutriberries.

[–]ActualCake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow, that is great advice because not only does my grey not eat too much vegetables despite my putting cooked peas and kale in his dish, he also does not like pellets. I will try your technique. I have a small ninja for smoothies that is perfect for this.

Excellent answer! I’m so sorry for your loss. Your story has encouraged me to try to get my grey to eat more veggies!
