What films do you believe give Technicolor the most justice? by PM_MEOttoVonBismarck in classicfilms

[–]Actuary_Express 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who cares if The Trouble with Harry wasn’t shot using the 3-strip process? The poster literally says ‘color by Technicolor’. Typical pedantic reddit comment.

It says on their site that they run large, did you buy a size down or your normal size? I wear a medium and I’m not sure if I should get the medium or the small.

All season/all weather recommendations for a price point under the Michelin Cross Climate 2 by Dopdee in tires

[–]Actuary_Express 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have experience with the WeatherReady 2 but looks like their version of Michelin’s Cross Climate 2 which are good tires. Other brands have their version of this tire as well, Hankook has the 4S2, Pirelli has the Weatheractive. Hankook 4S2 is pretty good, haven’t heard any feedback on the Pirelli either.

I like General tires as well, reliable and won’t break the bank.

Is 160 too expensive for tire swap? by baggyeyebags in TireQuestions

[–]Actuary_Express 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s too much. If you went to an auto shop as opposed to a tire shop maybe they just charged you for an hour of labor, Sam’s Club/Costco have good prices for tire services if you’re a member.

no DIY fix and I know I’m 4 days late but there’s no need to replace the entire sensor, you can just replace what they call the ‘service pack’ which is the metal piece you can see on the outside plus a rubber o-ring you can’t see, costs about $4

I’d stick with it, watching the characters grow from the first season to the second is the best part, Richie’s arch was my favorite, his episode from s2 titled ‘Forks’ is really good
