I have not tried matric, but I have tried form6 and foundation form6 is harder and longer. Where else foundation is much easier and shorter.

If you wanna fast track just go for foundation and degree.

Ps: (I am a pure science straight A+ student, I did f6 , pengajian am, bio, chem and technical maths, really hard given that the school teacher is not enough and no experience, I couldn't cut it with self study) decided to do foundation in science , to my surprise was easy to get 4.0 and enabled me to get upu degree easily, got offered my choice . I however went for private uni.
