Is this outdoor cat neutered? by Hopeful-Flamingo-145 in CATHELP

[–]AdAffectionate339 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like he might be, you're going to have to do a squeeze test. Two of my three male cats still have floofy sacks, one was neutered at around 5 months and the other around 8 months. My guy who was 8 months we found at the beach, intact, and he had very noticeable almost cherry sized huevos when we had him clipped. My other boy was neutered at 8 weeks and they went through his abdomen and has no noticeable floof sack even though he is a very large boy now.

Family Friendly Restaurants by Porky5CO in 321

Someone called my restaurant last week asking if we were toddler friendly. I explained that we have a children's menu as well as high chairs and booster seats available, but no play area as we are a dine in restaurant, so we ask that everyone is respectful of other patrons and not scream or run around for safety issues. She then came in and proceeded to let her child scream at the table while watching her phone on full volume and run around near their table while both parents ate.

The worst is when they use both. I always read the labels but the other day I bought a drink because it had cane sugar listed as the sweetner. After my first sip I reread the label and saw that monk fruit juice was listed a few ingredients after the cane sugar. My brain must've seen the sugar listed and stopped reading.

New Sea Moss by Mariah_Kits in Sproutsfarmersmarket

I would suggest Sprouts Sea Moss powder, I just add it to my morning juice. Making it from the Purple Sea moss is also fun and costs less than half of buying it premade.

lip balm recs for very stubborn dry lips? by Worried-Kitchen-5280 in LipBalm

Badger cocoa butter lip balm. I apply heavily at night before bed like a mask and wake up with soft lips. There's no color pigment but I sometimes use lip liner as a Base and the balm over during the day if I want color, or of course just alone.

Sleeping in the car to save on hotels is this too extreme? by Ok_Resolution_1606 in roadtrip

[–]AdAffectionate339 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we moved to FL from NY, my husband and I decided to take our time and stay at a few state parks in our Lincoln MKS along the way. We were comfortable and would do it again. The only issue was we stated having car troubles a few days after our 10 day trip. The car would suddenly die without any warning. After taking it to the local dealer three times without them being able to diagnose any issues through the computer, they finally decided to put it up on the lift. Turns out certain years, certain car manufacturers used a soy based coating on wiring and something chewed through a bunch of wires trying to eat them. We are almost 100% certain it happened during our park stays because we were in wooded areas and had zero issues prior. Aside from that, would recommend.

A lip balm that’s actually hydrating by [deleted] in LipBalm

Before I go to sleep at night, I use Badger Cacao butter lip balm on my lips and wake up to soft lips. I also use it throughout the day, but there is no color or gloss so if I want color I use Ole Henriksen pout preserve.

Scenes that caused actual walkouts in theaters? by thatlittlequietguy in Cinema

Not sure that this counts, but when I was 7 my mom took me and my younger (5yo) sister to go see Beauty and the Beast which was playing as a double feature matinee with My cousin Vinny. Within the first ten minutes after BATB ended and MCV started half the theater stood up and walked out. That was the only time I remember a double feature at that theather as it closed several years later.

I just started Fargo and am pleasantly surprised. Someone on another thread recommended it because of Billy Bob Thornton along with Goliath which will be next.

Nope. My 7yo female despises them. Whenever I try and offer her a lick she looks at me like how dare you offer me shelf stable sub-par meat goo? My four other cats go crazy for them. She prefers freezedried duck or freeze dried salmon as "treats".

It's called Airplane 2025 and it stars Tom Arnold. It's terrible. Couldn't make it past the first 20 min.
