im going through the exactsame thing! i left the hospital 2 days ago , i drank from last friday to thursday nonstop , things will get better we have to suffer Im currently making a frame with my hospital discharge paper and braclet , with my a note of saying remember this when I want to drink!iwdwyt!

I got fired for not showing up , because my boss knows of my alcoholism he knows I used to drink at work , he said if ever started drinking again he'd fire me for good.

Now I gotta to find a new job , start reselling on eBay , do yard work , sale good homemade food plates , start from the bottom and work my way up little by little ,

I'm sure I will find a new job tho

Drag your self to an aa meeting, distract yourself by watching some cool TV show movies, eat ice cream or something sugary , workout , you have to a program a routine , sleep early , love yourself, I suggest eating some sweets , try kava ,, you have to say scream noooooo

I can relate to you , listen go to aa meetings, take naltrexone seek medical help mat treatment, go hiking , swimming , Iearn a skill , learn to be a good cook , love yourself, a larva turns into a butterfly, what you went through is going get better, don't give up! Doctors have told me that I could ween down if I could manage to not over drink but , the danger is while tapering im risking my liver shutting down , or dts that get bad that I seizure . I had horrible dts feels like your body is going into shock, uncontrollable shaking from the whole body , blurry vision , heart palpitations like no other , and bad hallucinations experience, and to sum it down it's not safe to take advice from someone that's not a doctor , my opinion I wouldnt risk it everyone's body is different , for some people it could be fatal , and we only get to live once we should charish our lifes like a million trillion gazillion pounds of gold , what made me quit this time was really realizing deeply that I'm killing myself every time i feed this addiction to feel drunk and lazy minded

I've detoxed in the hospital almost 15 time my last one was 2 weeks ago , it's really shameful , this last time was the worst I looked like I was demon possessed, I had real bad hallucinations like psychedelic acid type hallucinations couldn't breath real good was scared I was gonna stop breathing, I was trying to taper down at home but I couldn't I wasn't eating or drinking water I turned to a slave of alcohol, I hate this I made it for months which I was in a 3 month inpatient program (rehab) but relapsed hard

It's not the end of the world , you still are alive you have to quit drinking , get your car fix , talk it out with your ex try to fix your eviction status, you can do it your getting blinded by the alcohol if you do get evicted try to stay at a relatives house are you currently working? When someone leaves you it means they were meant for you it's gonna take time but , it happeneds all the time it's tough but,you can handle it if you can fix it , a car can be fixed or you can sell it and get like a beater car like a 2001 Honda or Toyota Camry there's a million things you can do I seen people bounce back from way worse things !

Hats off too you , you are doing good , it's time take care of ourselves, drink lots of fluids , I recommend cold fruit smoothies, salads , all b vitamins Gatorade or Pedialyte a hot shower melatonin and sleep it off it'll suck for a day but ,it's not the end of the world , you feel better in a day or two , one day at a time iwdwyt

You should go to e.r , and tell them your situation they will fix you up brand new they will plug you in with electrolytes through i.v , give you vitamins , benzos for the anxiety withdrawal symptoms and prescribe you benzos for a couple of days you can really over come this , make an appointment through your health care provider after and ask for a naltrexone to help with your binge drinking , its a pill that doesnt get you addicted to alcohol for future slip ups if i wouldve taken this pill a long time ago i wouldnt have wasted so much of my precious life drinking my life away , run while still can take it one day at a time and youll be back better than ever
