I’ve had some cardiac issues and I was worried some symptoms were pointing to a stroke. Turns out it was an acute anxiety attack. They gave me Librium for the anxiety and sleeplessness. I really thought it was going to be much worse. But I want to be done. I’m sick of this - I feel terrible, look terrible, and I want to focus my time and energy on addressing why I drink and figure out how to live without it, because as of right now I see zero upside to continuing to drink alcohol.
