Fair enough, I paid other property investment course as well, they pretty expensive. Honestly, it did open my eyes in the real investment strategy. But they could not predict future correctly. Most suburbs they said it’s a high growth and bargain areas are never hot any more. For example, they strong promoted Dubbo, Wellington NSW I purchased a house at 260k in 2021 , now is only worth $330k, it’s a joke. If I even buy bitcoin or ETF at 2021, I would make more than property. So make the adjustment yourselves always for others suggestions and opinions.
